Our Daily Bread
Instructions for Delivery:
New: Please note that there are now stickers on the pans for you to put your name and the date.
St. Charles delivers casseroles to Our Daily Bread on the third Wednesday of the month. We need to have at least 60 per month. For your convenience, you can deliver frozen cassaroles to the rectory at any time up to the Tuesday before the third Wednesday of the month. If you can not freeze them for some reason, we will freeze them. As always we will be at the Rectory Garage between 8 and 9 am on the third Wednesday.
If you would like to deduct this charitable contribution, we will help with that. All you have to do is sign up to make casseroles and we will check off each time you deliver one. At the end of the year we will give you an accounting of your donations and a fair value for them. You feed the hungry and get credit for it also. If you sign up. this is a non-binding agreement. You deliver a casserole when you can. When you deliver the casserole we will give you a new pan for the next month. To sign up, just deliver your casserole with a note giving your name and that you would like to sign up. Each month or so, deliver your casserole with your name on it and we will do the rest.
