Wednesday, January 1st is the Solemnity of Mary, the Mother of God. It is a Hoy Day of Obligation. We will have Masses at St. Charles on Tuesday, December 31 at 6PM and Wednesday, January 1 at 9AM. The Parish Office will be CLOSED on January 1.

Bring the figure of Baby Jesus from your home Nativity scene to Mass on the weekend of December 14-15 for this special blessing! This tradition reminds families about the joyous event of Baby Jesus' arrival in the manger.
We will have a Penance Service for the season of Advent for our Pastorate AT ST. GABRIEL on Wednesday, December 11 from 7:00 - 8:30 PM, including the opportunity for individual confessions in English and Spanish.

Mass for All Souls Day will be celebrated at 9:00 AM on Saturday, November 2. We will remember especially all those who were buried from St. Charles over the past year by lighting a candle in their memory. All are invited to attend.
Friday, November 1 is the Solemnity of All Saints, a Holy Day of Obligation. Masses will be offered at 7:30 AM, 12:10 PM, and 7:30 PM. The 7:30 PM Mass will also incorporate some All Souls observances for the Commemoration of the Faithful Departed.
Save the date for our annual blessing of the animals: Saturday, October 5 at 10:00 AM in the Mary Garden. All animals should be in cages or on a leash. The Memorial of Saint Francis of Assisi is October 4.
Our church parking lot spaces (on the St. Charles House side) are designed to accommodate 2 cars parked one-behind-the-other. If you are the first to enter the space, please pull all the way in so that another car may park behind you.
We welcome Mr. Thang Pham, a seminarian of the Archdiocese of Baltimore, who will be with us during his pastoral year to know more about St. Charles Borromeo Church and St. Gabriel Church — the people, the faith life, and ministries. Let us pray for him and make his stay pleasant and worthwhile!
